Geotagging workflow

My geotagging workflow is very similar to one described in this article -> 
"My new geotagging workflow with the Amod AGL3080 and Lightroom (Windows)"
except my GPS Logger is  Globalsat BT-335.

1. Download track info from Logger via Bluetooth using GPSBabel into GPX file
2. Run GeoSetter and select folder with your photo and select all the photos your log applies to.
3. Go to Images > Synchronize with GPS Data Files. Select folder with your GPX files.
4. Select correct TimeZone  if you process at home photos taken in another TZ.
   If you are within the same timezone just set "Local Windows Settings"
5. Do not forget to save changes ( Ctrl-S )
6. Import photos into Lightroom or Picasa.
